THE ROBB GROUP PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
The Robb Group Property Management was created after Archie Robb spent years working with owners across Los Angeles to lease or sell their properties. Again and again, those owners would ask if he also managed properties. When he said no, many would tell him he should start a management company. After hearing that from countless property owners across a decade, Archie finally decided it was time.
Too many property management companies were falling short. While leasing homes, Archie repeatedly worked with owners who were already paying a manager, yet their properties sat vacant or under-marketed. He saw the same issues over and over: slow communication, outdated systems, poor leasing efforts, and financial reporting that lacked clarity. Archie has also helped owners sell properties ranging from single-family homes to portfolios of over 130 units. In nearly every transaction, working with the property manager was frustrating. Critical information was delayed or missed, and overall service was poor. That experience made it clear that property management needed a better approach.
With over a decade in the real estate industry, Archie teamed up with his wife Miranda and trusted leasing director Brad Stryker to launch The Robb Group Property Management. Their goal is simple: to bring a higher level of service, transparency, and professionalism to property owners across Los Angeles. We are not just managing properties. We are maximizing rental income, protecting long-term value, and applying real estate expertise to every step of the process. Archie Robb
President
Archie has worked in Los Angeles real estate since 2012 and has earned a reputation as one of the top 1 percent of Realtors in California. Early in his career, he began handling leases for property owners who were unhappy with their existing management companies. That trend continued for years, and as demand grew, Archie decided to take action and create a better solution.
Drawing on his background in leasing, sales, and real estate strategy, Archie founded The Robb Group Property Management to bring structure, speed, and professionalism to a space that often lacks all three. He has overseen more than 200 real estate transactions and over $100 million in sales volume. His work has been recognized on the RealTrends "America's Best" list, and he is a consistent top performer at Keller Williams.
When he is not working with clients, Archie enjoys spending time with his wife Miranda and their three children, Benjamin, Lyla, and Jordan. He also finds time for basketball and golf whenever possible.
MIRANDA Robb
Director of Operations
Miranda brings extensive experience in real estate operations and financial management. Before joining Archie full time, she served as a transaction coordinator and bookkeeper for one of Southern California’s top real estate brokers. Her role involved managing complex closings and overseeing all backend systems.
At The Robb Group, Miranda leads operations, handles financial reporting, and ensures that every part of the business runs smoothly. She is responsible for client onboarding, compliance, accounting, and monthly reports. Her attention to detail and administrative skills provide the structure and reliability our clients rely on.
BRAD STRYKER
Director of Leasing
Brad has successfully leased more than 500 units across Los Angeles. For the past four years, he has led all leasing efforts for Archie’s clients and now continues that role at The Robb Group. Brad and Archie handle every aspect of the leasing process including marketing, showings, tenant screening, lease preparation, and move-in coordination.
He is known for being highly responsive, fast-moving, and professional. Brad understands how to position properties for maximum rent and minimal vacancy, while ensuring every tenant is properly vetted and every lease is rock solid. Whether you need help filling a vacancy or marketing a portfolio of units, Brad delivers consistent results and outstanding client service.
MYLYN HAGUY
Operational Support
Mylyn provides vital support to the entire management team. She assists with all kinds of day-to-day operational tasks including preparing documents, posting notices, coordinating schedules, and managing files and communications.
From move-in packets and lease renewals to maintenance follow-ups and tenant updates, Mylyn keeps things organized and moving. Her reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail help ensure nothing gets missed. Mylyn plays a key role in supporting both our staff and our clients, and she helps keep everything running behind the scenes.
